Defending Man Down (Travel Team Only)
|Entering Grades 7-8||Mon-Thurs; 4:45-6:00pm||July 13th-July 16th||$125|
With lacrosse getting faster and more physical, offenses are scoring more with number advantages than ever before (transition, after broken plays, extra-man offensive sets, etc). Learning how to effectively communicate, defend passing lanes, rotate, and play inside-out defense is critical for teams to win games. This clinic will focus on all the areas needed for a defensive unit to win the 1-man, 2-man, or even 3-man down disadvantage.
