Our Girls Skills – Intro/Intermediate course is the first step in becoming a terrific lacrosse player!
This outdoor clinic is for beginning to new players, as well as girls who are looking to keep up their skills.
These classes will focus on the fundamentals of the game with a primary emphasis on stick skills (scooping, cradling, throwing and catching), offensive skills (dodging, cutting, and shooting), defensive skills (body positioning, doubling and footwork) as well as beginning to understand game play with small sided games (1v1’s and 2v3’s up to 4v4’s). Learning proper technique is absolutely vital and these small class sizes allow for personal instruction so the players can identify and practice the correct form both in the clinic and at home until it becomes habitual.
