Girls Core Skills is a clinic to help in becoming a terrific lacrosse player!
This clinic will focus solely on the CORE SKILLS of the game with a primary emphasis on – scooping, cradling, throwing, catching, dodging, shooting, and basic defensive positioning. Learning proper technique and mastering these skills is absolutely vital at any age and these small class sizes allow for personal instruction so the players can identify and practice the correct form both in the clinic and at home until it becomes habitual.
*Required Experience: None
*Required Equipment: Regulation girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth guard.
- For All Positions (*Goalies play for FREE)

Inclement Weather Policy
- If inclement weather forces us to cancel a clinic session, we will send an email at least 60 minutes prior to clinic start
- As long as 6 of the 8 sessions are held, we will not issue a credit or refund
- If less than 6 of the sessions are held, we will offer a prorated credit to all clinic participants
