Girls Skills is a clinic to help in becoming a terrific lacrosse player!
This clinic will focus solely on the CORE SKILLS of the game with a primary emphasis on – scooping, cradling, throwing, catching, dodging, shooting, and basic defensive positioning. Learning proper technique and mastering these skills is absolutely vital at any age and these small class sizes allow for personal instruction so the players can identify and practice the correct form both in the clinic and at home until it becomes habitual.
*Required Experience: None
*Required Equipment: Regulation girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth guard.

Inclement Weather Policy
- If inclement weather forces us to cancel a clinic session, we will send an email at least 60 minutes prior to clinic start.
- If 5 of the 7 classes are held there will be no credit given.
- If less than 5 classes are held a prorated credit will be given to all participants.
