2032 Blue Defensive Coordinator

Chris Kidger joins the program as Next Level 2032 Blue Defensive Coordinator.  Kidger comes to the DMV starting his first year as Associate Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Bullis. Prior to Bullis Kidger spent five years as the defensive coordinator at the Taft School in Connecticut where he coached and helped develop over 50 division 1 players. Known for building disciplined, connected, and fundamentally strong defensive units, Coach Kidger has helped lead teams to championship success, including back-to-back Founders League Championships, a 2022 GEICO National Championship appearance, and the 2023 Western New England Championship during his time at Taft. His teams were also consistently recognized among the nation’s best, earning spots in Inside Lacrosse’s Top 25 High School Power Rankings. Beyond the field, Coach Kidger’s greatest impact has been through the relationships he builds with his players—mentoring student-athletes who have gone on to compete at programs across the ACC, Big Ten, Ivy League, Patriot League, NESCAC, and beyond.
