Hugh Preas is a full time Director for Next Level Lacrosse and Co-Head Coach of Next Level 2027 Blue, Next Level 2032, and Next Level 2034 Red.  grew up in Rockville, Maryland, graduating from St. Albans in 2018. He started his lacrosse career at a very early age, and after attending Mater Dei, Hugh went to St. Albans where he was a three year defensive starter, and was All-IAC in 2018. While at St. Albans, Hugh was a a member of the varsity basketball team and a member of the student council.

Hugh received several offers to play college lacrosse, but decided to attend Emory University and play golf instead.  Hugh graduated from Emory University in 2022 with a degree in Economics. While at Emory, Hugh was the President of the Club Golf program for 3 years, and began his coaching career at St. Albans while his school moved online in his junior year.
