Meg Gargulinski

Meg is a Maryland native who fell in love with lacrosse when she began playing in 7th grade. She attended and played at Franciscan University. She was a three-time captain, and a four-year letterman, and received IWLCA Academic Honors three times.

For the last seven years, Meg has gained experience in all aspects of lacrosse: coaching at all levels (middle school, high school, varsity, collegiate, club) and serving as a youth and high school referee in Montgomery County. In 2021, during her first season as the varsity head coach at Oakcrest School, she coached her team to the Virginia Independent Schools Division II All-State tournament and had 3 players make the All-State team.

Meg is entering her 11th year of coaching and her 9th year with Next Level and is excited to continue her involvement with such a great program. Professionally, Meg works as a financial advisor in Tysons Corner, specializing in financial planning.

Mary Claire Hisle

Claire is a 2022 graduate of Salisbury University where she played four years on the women’s lacrosse team. She was the starting goalie her junior year and contributed to Salisbury’s undefeated season. The team remained undefeated all season and went on to win the Division 3 Women’s Lacrosse National Championship.

She is a two-time IWLCA national player of the week, three-time CAC/C2C Defensive player of the week, and holds fifth place for most wins in the history of Salisbury University’s Women’s Lacrosse. Claire grew up in Bethesda and attended Walt Whitman High School where she played Lacrosse, Field Hockey, and Bocce. Claire was a four-year varsity lacrosse player, a 3-year starter. Her high school lacrosse honors included first and second-team All-County and first-team All-Region. She played attack on field hockey, and was the Montgomery County leading scorer her junior year and captain her senior year. She was also a captain on Whitman’s allied-sports bocce team.

Claire has coached goalies from elementary through high school levels. She enjoys coaching and values discovering players’ individual qualities and motivating them to develop skills on the field that they can carry over into their everyday life.
