Coaches

Caity Howell

Caity, a Bethesda local, has been a part of the Next Level family in both playing and coaching camps and clinics. She graduated from Walt Whitman High School in 2016 where she played all 4 years. After graduation, Caity went on to play in goal at Elizabethtown College. Caity studied early childhood education and she is currently a Montgomery Country teacher. She is super excited to be back at Next Level and to bring her knowledge and love of the game to the program.

Kelly Fisher

Kelly is from Long Island, New York where she first started playing lacrosse in sixth grade. She was a four-year varsity player and two year captain. During her year of playing lacrosse, she played on both the defensive and offensive sides of the field. Kelly went to American University where she not only played on the Women’s Lacrosse Club Team, but completed her undergraduate degree in Business and Communications. Kelly just graduated with master’s degree in management at Georgetown University.

Kate Sullivan

Kate Sullivan is a graduate of Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School Class of 2010 where she played lacrosse and soccer. Kate played club lacrosse for Capital Lacrosse Club. Kate was recruited to play lacrosse at The Ohio State University and graduated from Ohio State in 2014. Kate then returned to the DMV for law school, where she attended Catholic University and graduated in 2018. During law school, Kate had the opportunity to intern in the NCAA’s government relations office where she saw first-hand the issues that student athletes face today.  After graduation, Kate began a Judicial Clerkship to the Honorable David A. Boynton in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. After her clerkship, Kate began a successful career as a prosecutor in the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office. Kate and her husband just welcomed their first child and future lacrosse star Charlotte Sullivan Venora.
