Coaches

Courtney Cook

Courtney serves as our Girls Program Director. This includes our Girls Travel Teams, Girls Little & Big Spartans, LaxKids, as well as our Online Store Director. Courtney has been with Next Level since moving to Maryland in 2015.
Courtney grew up on Long Island (GO GIANTS!). In college she was a four year starting goalie at Farmingdale State. She was named 2009 Skyline Conference Rookie of the Year, ECAC Division III All-Metro/South Region Rookie of the Year, and IWLCA All-Region Second Team. She was also selected to play on the 2009 Womenslacrosse.com Division III All-Rookie Team and named the Skyline Tournament MVP, after finishing the playoffs with an average of 22.5 saves in two games. During her senior year Courtney was named Skyline Conference Player of the Year, Tournament MVP and Second Team ECAC Division III Mid-Atlantic All-Star. She finished her career with a .565 save percentage, ranking 4th in the Nation among Division III goalies. Following college, she was the assistant coach and goalie coach at Farmingdale State for three years.
In addition to serving as Director to our programs, Courtney also coaches two of our Girls Travel Teams, clinics and does private lessons.

Kelly Fisher

Kelly is from Long Island, New York where she first started playing lacrosse in sixth grade. She was a four-year varsity player and two year captain. During her year of playing lacrosse, she played on both the defensive and offensive sides of the field. Kelly went to American University where she not only played on the Women’s Lacrosse Club Team, but completed her undergraduate degree in Business and Communications. Kelly just graduated with master’s degree in management at Georgetown University.
