Coaches
Boh Mitchell
Coach Boh Mitchell is the General Manager and Co-Owner of Next Level Lacrosse. Boh was a two-sport athlete at The Heights School where he played varsity lacrosse all four years and was captain his senior year. He was also awarded the Headmaster Award as a senior, the lacrosse Cavalier Award his senior year, and the golf Cavalier Award his junior year.
Boh attended Loyola University Maryland where he played four years of club lacrosse, was a 3-year starter, and team president his senior year. During his junior and senior years, Coach Boh was the defensive coordinator for the JV team at the Friends School in Baltimore. Boh graduated cum laude and was the recipient of the Ayn Rand award for the highest g.p.a. in the Philosophy department.
After college, Boh pursued a career in medicine. While completing the medical school prerequisites in a post-baccalaureate program at the University of Maryland, College Park, he worked in a research lab at Johns Hopkins University where he studied brain development and various mental disorders, specifically schizophrenia and PTSD.
During this time Boh also served as a part-time academic tutor and assistant coach for the Varsity Lacrosse Team at The Heights School. This experience led him to realize his true passion: coaching the next generation of athletes and helping them become young men of great character. Boh turned to the club lacrosse world to pursue coaching full time and is now entering his sixth year at Next Level. In June of 2021, Boh became the Head Varsity Coach for The Heights.
Garett Ince
Garett Ince serves as Next Level’s 2026 Blue Offensive Coordinator. He is also an Assistant Coach for Next Level 2024 Blue when there is no conflict with the 2026 team. Coach Ince is the current Offensive Coordinator for St. John’s College High School’s Varsity Team, which ranked #1 in the country in the 2021-2022 season. Garett has several years of coaching experience in the DMV area, helping produce well over seventy five Division 1 bound lacrosse players. Garett, a 2011 UVA graduate, grew up in Canada playing Jr. A box lacrosse and Jr. A hockey before moving across the border to pursue his athletic career. His major athletic accolades include HS All-American, New England HS Player of the Year, Under Armour MVP, 2010 ACC Champion, and 2011 D1 NCAA Champion.
Seb Lulli
Coach Lulli is an assistant coach for our 2024 Blue Team. He was a 3-year Varsity player, voted team Captain his senior year and awarded 1st All League Midfielder. Sebastian completed his undergraduate at The University of Virginia where he was a 4-year player on the UVA Club Lacrosse team. His senior year he led the team to the NCLL Elite 8. Sebastian graduated with a degree in Foreign Affairs and is currently the Vice President of Catalog Development at Studio Eclipse LLC. Sebastian was a Varsity Assistant Coach and JV Head Coach at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School from 2015-2022, and a Varsity Assistant Coach at Our Lady of Good Counsel in 2023.
