Colin Heeter

Coach Colin Heeter is the Director of Camps, Leagues & Tournaments for Next Level Lacrosse.  While in high school, Coach Heeter was a four year member of the varsity lacrosse team at The Heights School.  He then went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management from Johnson & Wales University.

In 2008, Coach Heeter was hired as a volunteer assistant lacrosse coach at Brown University primarily working with goalies and the offense. While in Providence, R.I., he helped the Bears make it back to the NCAA Tournament (’09, after a 15 year hiatus), make it to the first ever Ivy League Tournament (’10) and won a share of the regular season Ivy League Title (’09).

After a three-year stint with Brown University, Coach Heeter moved back to the DMV and accepted the position of Assistant Athletic Director and JV Head Coach for Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, VA.  After three years as the JV Head, he was promoted to Varsity Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator.  

In 2016, Coach Heeter accepted an assistant coaching position with St. Albans School varsity team and head coach for the 6th grade team.  In 2019, Coach Heeter was promoted to Head Coach for the varsity program.

Richard Bartozzi

Richie Bartozzi joined the Next Level Lacrosse Program in 2014 and has served as a director since 2021. A 2020 Denison University graduate, Coach Bartozzi was a Four-year starter playing both LSM and Close Defense while leading the Big Red to three NCAC championships as well as a Division III 2017 Final Four appearance.  A First Team IMLCA All American and First Team All-NCAC selection, he was named IMLCA’s All-West Region 2019 Defensive Player of the Year. Coach Bartozzi missed out on his senior season due to Covid and returned to his alma mater, The Heights, as an associate Head Coach in 2021.  As a player at The Heights School in Potomac, Maryland, he earned All-MILL First Team honors three times, was named First Team All-Gazette, and was the Montgomery County Player of the Year Runner Up.  A US Lacrosse All American, Coach Bartozzi was the first lacrosse player from The Heights to be named First Team All-Met.  Over the last three years, Coach Bartozzi has invested countless hours coaching youth club lacrosse. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and enjoys golfing, playing pick-up basketball, and camping when he is not on the field coaching.

Morgan Rhodes

Morgan is an assistant coach for our 2027 team.  Morgan played Varsity lacrosse for four years at Winston Churchill High School where he played in the Maryland State Semi Final Game in 2012 and 2013.  Morgan was selected to the Montgomery County Senior All-Star Game. He is in his third year coaching clinics and travel teams at Next Level and is the director of the Next Level Lacrosse Store’s stick-stringing service.
