Fall ($800)
Two practices per week, at WES, The Heights or Landon

Winter ($550)
One practice per week, at WES, The Heights or Landon
Optional Indoor/Box Lacrosse League (location TBD)

Spring ($850)

One to two preseason tournament days

Coaches

Paul Weiss

Paul is the 2025 & 2028 Red team co-head coach.  Coach Weiss has significant experience coaching lacrosse with Next Level and Bethesda Lacrosse Club.  In addition to coaching lacrosse, Paul has experience coaching basketball and soccer.  He played lacrosse at Montclair High School in New Jersey, and at the University of Vermont.  Paul is a public affairs professional who resides in the District where he and his wife have raised two sons who both played for Next Level.

Jake Thomas

Jake was a four year varsity player at the Heights School from 2012-2016, a captain, and a first team all league member. Jake is a 2019 graduate from the university of Michigan where he was a three year member of the University of Michigan competitive boxing team, including the 2017 USIBA National Championship team. Jake has previous experience coaching various clinics and teams for Next Level.

Conor Jordan

Coach Jordan is the NL 2028 Red Head Coach and NL 2025 Blue Assistant Coach.  He graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in May 2016 with a degree in History and a minor in education. Conor started for four years as an attackman while attending St. Mary’s. In his final season at St. Mary’s, he was named to the Second-team All-Conference Team and named a Scholar All-American for his efforts on the field and in the classroom.

Conor finished his Master of Arts in Teaching program at St. Mary’s in June 2017. During his master’s program, he helped the team as a volunteer, working with the offensive players.
