Hugh Preas

Hugh Preas is a full-time Director for Next Level Lacrosse and is an Assistant Coach for the 2028 Blue, Co-Head Coach of 2034 Blue, and Co-Head Coach for the 2037 Blue teams.  Hugh grew up in Rockville, Maryland, graduating from St. Albans in 2018. He started his lacrosse career at a very early age, and after attending Mater Dei, Hugh went to St. Albans where he was a three year defensive starter, and earning All-IAC honors in 2018. While at St. Albans, Hugh was a member of the varsity basketball team and a member of the student council.

Hugh received several offers to play college lacrosse, but decided to attend Emory University and play golf instead.  Hugh graduated from Emory University in 2022 with a degree in Economics. While at Emory, Hugh was the President of the Club Golf program for 3 years, and he began his coaching career at St. Albans while his classes were remote junior year. Hugh has continued as the Defensive Coordinator at St. Albans since graduating college and will be entering his 5th season in that role.

Hugh started coaching with Next Level in the Spring of 2023 and started as a full-time director in the fall of 2025.

Greg Davis

Greg Davis brings a deep background as both a player and coach to his role as Co-Head Coach of Next Level 2037 Blue. A former all-league lacrosse player at St. John’s before continuing his lacrosse career at Georgetown Prep, Greg has spent close to 20 years coaching youth and high school athletes across multiple sports, including nearly 10 seasons coaching lacrosse. He currently serves as a varsity football coach at Georgetown Prep and previously played at Georgetown University. Greg has also coached dozens of multi sport athletes who have gone on to play college lacrosse, baseball and rugby. Greg has coached 3 IAC championship teams at Prep since 22. Greg is passionate about player development, fundamentals, toughness, teamwork, and helping young athletes grow on and off the field.

Kevin Huntley

Kevin Huntley is the Assistant Coach of the Next Level 2037 Blue Team.  He played high school lacrosse for Calvert Hall where he was a three-time High School All-American and a two-time Baltimore Sun All-Metro County Player-of-the-Year.  He went on to play four seasons for Johns Hopkins where he was a two-time USILA All-American and a two-time National Champion.  Kevin and his father, legendary coach David Huntley, are the only father-son duo to win two NCAA Division I Championships and the only father-son duo to both score 100 plus goals in NCAA Division I history.  Kevin went on to play professional lacrosse in the MLL and NLL including setting the Major League Lacrosse rookie goal-scoring record, earning Rookie of the Year in 2008, and was a three-time MLL All Star.  Coach also played for the U-19 Canada Team as a 16 year old, leading Canada in scoring with 16 goals and 3 assists.  He was also a member of the 2010 Canadian National Team.  During his illustrious playing career, Kevin coached various camps, clinics, and small group sessions.  He also served as an offensive assistant coach for Calvert Hall in 2009 and 2010.  Kevin could not be more excited to jump back into the coaching ranks and lead the next generation of great lacrosse players.
