Coaches

Max Snider
Coach Snider grew up in Montgomery County, MD, went to prep school at Christ School in Asheville, North Carolina, was a standout midfielder and 3 year starter. Coach Snider then went to play Division 3 lacrosse at Catholic University and JUCO Lacrosse at Howard CC before transferring to The University of Mississippi where he was a two year, player, coach, captain on their MCLA D1 Club Team. After graduation he went on to be an assistant coach at Division 3 Millsaps College. Later returning to Christ School as the Head JV lacrosse coach. Coach Snider served as the offensive coordinator at Urbana High School (MD) upon returning to the DMV area. Coach Snider was also the Head JV Coach for St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac for many years. For the 2021-2022 academic year, Coach Snider was the interim Head Coach at Good Counsel. He is currently the Head Coach at Bishop Ireton.

Michael Fazio
Coach Fazio is the Head Coach of the NL 2023 Red team. Coach Fazio is a 2011 DeMatha graduate who played lacrosse at Neumann University as a LSM/D. While at Neumann University his freshman year, he was part of the Academic All-Conference Team for the CSAC (Colonial States Athletic Conference). After college, he coached one season at Dumbarton Middle School in Towson as an assistant coach for the 8th-grade team. Following Dumbarton Middle School he became an assistant coach for C.H. Flowers High School’s first-ever lacrosse team. Along with coaching at Flowers high school, he helped create the lacrosse program for the Upper Marlboro Boys and Girls Club and is still active with them. He also helped coach for Prince Georges Lacrosse Club (PGLC) during the spring and summer of 2016 and coached for Madlax in 2018. He is currently the Head JV Coach at DeMatha Catholic High School.
