Meg Gargulinski

2030 Assistant Coach & 2024 Head Coach

Meg is a Maryland native who fell in love with lacrosse when she began playing in 7th grade. She attended and played at Franciscan University. She was a three-time captain, and a four-year letterman, and received IWLCA Academic Honors three times.

For the last seven years, Meg has gained experience in all aspects of lacrosse: coaching at all levels (middle school, high school, varsity, collegiate, club) and serving as a youth and high school referee in Montgomery County. In 2021, during her first season as the varsity head coach at Oakcrest School, she coached her team to the Virginia Independent Schools Division II All-State tournament and had 3 players make the All-State team.

Meg is entering her 11th year of coaching and her 9th year with Next Level and is excited to continue her involvement with such a great program. Professionally, Meg works as a financial advisor in Tysons Corner, specializing in financial planning.
