Pat Sheehan
2033 Red Co-Head Coach
Coach Pat Sheehan is currently the co-head coach for the 2033 Red Team. Growing up with three older brothers who all played lacrosse, he was drawn to the sport at a young age. He began playing travel lacrosse at just five years old and competed for one of the most competitive lacrosse clubs in the area. After graduating from Holy Redeemer Elementary School, Pat continued playing lacrosse at Gonzaga College High School, where he graduated in 2019. He then went on to attend Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
Coach Pat is passionate about sharing his love for lacrosse with younger players, guiding them both as athletes and as individuals. Throughout middle school and high school, he served as a mentor in the “Leadership Training Program,” where he learned to effectively communicate with and inspire youth to work towards their goal. Through this program, he learned the importance of core values like hard work and teamwork, which he continues to emphasize in his coaching. In addition, Coach Pat also helped organize and run numerous lacrosse and basketball camps during his summers. His first true coaching role was being the head coach of a Holy Redeemer flag football team, while he was still in high school.
Now entering his third year with Next Level, Coach Pat is committed to providing positive, constructive, and individualized attention to each of his players.
